Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 50 % advance and balance at the time of trip start.
- We required full advance for Train, Flight, and Helicopter ticket confirmation.
- Cancellation policy:
- When Cancellation is made
- From your Booking Date
- 1. 40% of the cancellation and the GST fee will be deducted within 15 days of booking.
- 2. 70% of the cancellation and the GST fee will be deducted within 7 days of booking.
- 3. After canceling within 4 days of booking, 90% and GST fee will be deducted.
- 4. 100% of the cancellation and the GST fee will be deducted within 2 days of booking.
- 5. It is necessary to pay the full outstanding payment of the tour package within 5 days after giving the advance amount of booking the tour.
- 6. In the event of not paying the outstanding balance within 5 days of advance booking, your booking will be canceled and the advance amount given by you will be confiscated.
